RETURNS & EXCHANGE

FINAL SALE POLICY WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

All non-defective items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email info@cassiusxrose.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following in your email:

1.Your order number

2.Email the order was made with

3.Your request and most importantly

4.A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

Once approved, the item must be returned to us unused, unwashed, unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
