Q:  WHO DESIGNS CASSIUS X ROSE PRODUCTS?

All products sold at Cassius x Rose are designed by our CEO & Founder Tabara.S based in Paris, France.

    Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP ORDERS FROM?

    All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Paris, France.

      Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

      We ship all our products internationally to most countries. We have the right to periodically suspend shipments to countries due to law changes, shipping or customs difficulties or any other reason that Cassius x Rose finds suitable.

        Q: WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

        We process payments in Euros (EUR). You may choose different currencies to show product prices on our website but the payments will be processed in Euros. The prices you see on our website might also be different to what you are charged on your credit card account depending on currency exchange rates and fees your bank uses.

          Q: WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?

          We currently accept Apple Pay & credit card payments through Shop Pay.

            Q: DO YOU DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS?

            Cassius x Rose does not deliver orders to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers.

              Q: DO I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND SALES TAX?

              Sales tax: All prices on our website are inclusive of sales tax.
              Customs Duties: Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the buyer. For further information, please consult your local customs authority before placing orders.

                Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

                Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

                  Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

                  A 3-5 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment. 

                    Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

                    Both local and international shipping are free.

                      Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

                      Note*: Delivery estimates do not include the 3-5 day processing time. All shipping times are approximate.

                      International  Standard: 5-16 days.
                      Local Standard: 5-9 business days.

                        Q: HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

                        If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately at info@cassiusxrose.com as we cannot make changes once shipped.

                          Q: WHEN WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

                          We will send out tracking information to the email address provided once the order has been shipped.

                            Q: MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

                            If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not yet received it, please first check with your reception, neighbors, or any safe place the package might have been left. All deliveries require a signature, so ensure that someone was available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the courier your package was shipped with for further information and assistance.
